EPA Blames Hard-Drive Crash Just Like IRS
Incredibly, the EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) is using the same excuse of a hard-drive crash being used by the IRS in order not to provide emails to Congress. Congress has given a subpoena for these federal records, while EPA Administer Gina McCarthy stonewalls. This same excuse was given to Congress by the IRS (Internal Revenue Service) recently.
“Recordkeeping requirements” are defined as all statements in statutes, regulations, and agency directives or authoritative issuances, that provide general and specific requirements for Federal agency personnel on particular records to be created and maintained by the agency (36 CFR 1220.14). Recordkeeping requirements should be outlined in procedural manuals and other issuances that specify which records need to be included in agency files or other recordkeeping systems.
Under the Act, each federal agency is required to make and preserve records that (1) document the organization, functions, policies, decisions, procedures, and essential transactions of the agency and (2) provide the information necessary to protect the legal and financial rights of the government and of persons directly affected by the agency’s activities. The Act defines a federal record without respect to format. Records include all books, papers, maps, photographs, machine-readable materials, or other documentary materials, regardless of physical form or characteristics, made or received by an agency of the government under federal law or in connection with the transaction of public business and preserved or appropriate for preservation by that agency as evidence of the organization, functions, policies, decisions, procedures, operations, or other activities of the government or because of the informational value of data in them.
“Two different government agencies tried to convince Congress and the American people this week that emails disappear into thin air. We didn’t believe it when we heard it from the IRS and I’m not inclined to believe the EPA’s excuses. The Federal Records Act is very clear. This is either willful ignorance on the part of the EPA or gross incompetence. I hope the EPA will follow through and turn over the relevant information it promised to the Oversight Committee months ago.”

GOP Rep Dave Camp and IRS Commissioner's Testy Exchange-Hard Drive was destroyed
Simply wow. They need to get off the hard-drive and onto the email server itself. The Federal Records Act should be in play here as well.

Two Texas Men Arrested On Jihad Charges – Religion of Peace
Two men in Texas have been arrested for Jihad terror charges. Religion of Peace hits once again, this time within our borders. Bagledash born U.S. Citizen, Rahatul Ashikim Khan and Michael Todd Wolfe attempted to travel across the globe in order to train and engage in violent jihad.
Khan is reported to attempting to join al-Shabab, a Somalia based terror group linked to al-Qaida. Wolfe is reported to have the goal in learning to fight in Syria. Both men were apprehended by the FBI on separtely charged terror-related offenses.
Wolfe
According to charging documents, Wolfe’s wife met an undercover FBI agent in August 2013 and told the agent she and her husband wanted to “perform a violent form of jihad” outside of the United States. She said Wolfe “just wants to hop into Syria. He’s just ready to die for his deen [religion]. He’s ready to die for someone, for something,” court documents say.
On Jan. 22, both undercover FBI agents met with Wolfe and his wife, and Wolfe “indicated that he had learned that al-Qaida in Syria was training brothers from other countries (foreign fighters) and then sending those fighters back from Syria to their home countries to conduct terror attacks,” the FBI says in court documents.
Prosecutors also indicated Wolfe would be using some of his returned U.S. $5000 tax return for the trip.
Khan
Khan became a U.S. citizen in 2002 and is a full time student at the University of Texas-Austin, currently in summer recess. According to charges, Khan began discussion with an informant via online chat room which he used “as a platform to spot and assess potential recruits for committing violent jihad overseas.”
Through the contact, information was provided to Khan on how he could get to Somalia to join the terrorist group al-Shabab. This other contact, a co-conspirator, is believed to be in Florida where another American in Florida recently detonated himself in Syria.
Arrests came for Khan, one month after the Justice
Department asked a special prosecutor to help lead U.S. efforts at stemming the flow of American fighters in Syria, aiding the civil war.
Issue
The Religion of Peace is nothing more than a platform for Jihadist to wage war. While many will continue to argue there is a billion of Muslims and only a few have this hate, the issue remains. We will continue to see a rise of home-grown jihadist, as the Religion of Peace continues to be ignored by our government.

19 Days Into Plexus
I have been on Plexus for 19 days now. I have been good to drink one pink drink a day for these 19 days. To date, I would say overall, I feel really good. Yes, there are some days I am still tired, but I believe this is due to lack of sleep on those late nights with work and/or school.
My caffeine intake remains very low, in comparison to prior of Plexus and Accelerator Plus. I am now to one cup of coffee, at some days two if I want it. The point is I do not feel the need for it. That is a huge change in my daily ritual and living.
I have been on a kick to really push the business opportunity of this product. The sites provide 9 reasons to be one, online. My neighbors can attest from me knocking on their doors. I feel this has so much potential, and I view it as pushing out Plexus seeds to everyone. If it’s not for you, that is fine. However, the opportunity remains there for someone to take this product and acquire a new healthy state, and acquire financial opportunity with the business side.
The Ambassador price is less than $35 dollars a year. When you sign up initially, you have the opportunity to purchase a welcome pack. These welcome packs are much cheaper than any other time possible.
My family and I may be rare, in actually using, benefiting, and will continue to gain from this product. I have conveyed my findings and will continue to be a testimony for it.
My wife has already lost pounds, finding herself losing inches. My daughter has also lost weight and her clothes are getting baggier. We were also able to remove some of my son’s many supplements to replace it with Plexus Slim. For us, I see only positive things.
Think the product is too much and fear to try it? The company guarantees a 60 day money back guarantee and you can simply order the 3 or 7 day pack to try it. By 7 days, you should be able to tell if the product provides more energy and makes you feel better.

Chicago Mails Ticket Based On Facebook Post
Will County
The verbiage she used was misinterpreted, but the action of the police should cause alarm.

In a response to the conversation, the resident expressed her relief at not exposing her dog to the threat of being sick. She also poorly commented the following post.
“I was feeling bad that I haven’t bought a pass and been bringing Ginger there, but I’m pretty glad I haven’t.”
“We did issue a citation to a woman based on her Facebook post. The only reason we were monitoring the group is because of the complaints of kennel cough. When we saw her post about visiting the dog park without buying a permit, it was our responsibility to respond.” Police spokeswoman
